A paper must accompany all presentations and tutorials. All papers, poster abstracts and PhD Colloquium papers will be peer reviewed. Below are templates (one for Word and one for LaTex) for preparing papers for WSC. Full papers must be 5 to 12 pages in length and must use one of these templates. Introductory tutorials, advanced tutorials, and panel session papers may be up to 15 pages in length. Click here for descriptions of Tracks and Track Coordinators. Accepted papers will be published in the USB version of the conference proceedings which will be copyrighted and widely disseminated. The proceedings of the WSC are listed in the ACM and IEEE digital libraries. In addition, proceedings from all previous Winter Simulation Conferences can be accessed via the Winter Simulation Archive.

Authors Kit
Here are instructions and templates for preparing your 2019 WSC paper or poster abstract. All submissions should follow the formatting instructions in this kit. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a paper being rejected or returned for revision. We look forward to reading your work, and thanks for contributing to the preeminent conference on computer simulation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There have been significant changes in the WSC templates since 2018, so make sure to use this year’s versions, or the Proceedings Editors may return your paper to you for reformatting. This is especially true for Microsoft Word, where use of the 2018 template will lead to formatting difficulties when trying to satisfy the 2019 requirements.
Here is the process for preparing and submitting a WSC’19 paper or poster abstract:
- Decide whether you will use Word or LaTeX to prepare your document
- Download the appropriate files (see below)*
- Modify those files to produce your submission
- Click hereto submit your paper through the online paper management system.
Each accepted paper must have a separate, paid registration. Only under highly unusual circumstances, and at the discretion of the conference leadership, will an author be allowed to present more than one paper on a single registration. Authors wishing to do so must contact the Program Chair by September 1, clearly describing which papers the authors wish to present under the single registration, and why an exception to the conference policy is warranted. Cakewalk express 3.02 download. Unless permission is granted, an author planning to present two papers will be required to pay for two registrations.
The Posters and Case Study Track papers should use the standard template for submission, and submit papers that are 2 pages long only. Clip studio paint keygen 1.3.1.
The Abstract Templates are available for the Vendor Track only.

Submissions
You must use the following files for your submission:
- nips_2018.tex -- LaTeX template
- nips_2018.sty -- style file for LaTeX 2e
- nips_2018.pdf -- example PDF output generated by running “pdflatex”
All submissions must be in PDF format. Submissions are limited to eight content pages, including all figures and tables, in the NIPS “submission” style; additional pages containing only references are allowed. You must use the NIPS 2018 LaTeX style file; this year’s style file incorporates several new changes (including a new “preprint” option for non-anonymous preprints). The maximum file size for submissions is 50MB. Submissions that violate the NIPS style (e.g., by decreasing margins or font sizes) or page limits may be rejected without further review. Please make sure that your paper prints well. Please consult section 6 in nips_2018.tex for information regarding fonts. Note that display math in bare TeX commands will not create correct line numbers for submission. Please use LaTeX (or AMSTeX) commands for unnumbered display math. (You really shouldn't be using
$$
anyway; seehere andhere for more information.) You are encouraged to validate the formatting of your submission using the NIPS paper checker; please check that your submission validates well in advance of the deadline to avoid server congestion.Authors may submit up to 100MB of supplementary material, such as proofs, derivations, data, or source code; all supplementary material must be in PDF or ZIP format.
The reviewing process will be double blind at the level of reviewers and area chairs (i.e., reviewers and area chairs cannot see author identities) but not at the level of senior area chairs and program chairs. As an author, you are responsible for anonymizing your submission. In particular, you should not include author names, author affiliations, or acknowledgements in your submission and you should avoid providing any other identifying information (even in the supplementary material). If you need to cite one of your own papers, you should do so with adequate anonymization to preserve double-blind reviewing (e.g., write “In the previous work of Author et al. [1]…” rather than “In our previous work [1]..”). If you need to cite one of your own papers that is in submission to NIPS or elsewhere please do so with adequate anonymization and make sure the cited submission is available for reviewers to read (e.g., if the cited submission is available as a non-anonymous preprint, then write “Author et al. [1] concurrently show…”; if the cited submission is not available as a non-anonymous preprint, then include a copy of the cited submission in the supplementary material and write “Anonymous et al. [1] concurrently show..”).
Non-anonymous preprints
Latex Template For Conference Program Schedule Printable
Non-anonymous preprints (on arXiv, social media, websites, etc.) are permitted, though preprints in the NIPS style must use the new “preprint” option, rather than the “final” option:
usepackage[preprint]{nips_2018}
Camera-ready papers
Camera-ready papers must use the “final” option:
Latex Template For Conference Program Schedule 2016
usepackage[final]{nips_2018} % produce camera-ready copy
Note that the
nipsfinalcopy
command is now obsolete.Author responses
